Your Hair
You do not need to wash your hair prior to treatment. It is however, recommended to have washed within the last week to ensure a comfortable experience.
Contraindications to the Treatment
In some cases, we are unable to perform the treatment:
- Hypersensitivity or allergies: individuals with known allergies or hypersensitivities to vertain hiar or skin products should exercise caution and discuss with us prior to making an appointment
- Recent Scalp Injury: Individuals with recent scalp injury should discuss this with thier practinioner before undergoing the head spa treatment
- Extensions & Hair Extensions: We cannot perform this treatment on clients with extensions as there is limited access to the scalp and pores.
- Recent hair dying or bleaching: please wait 2 weeks after any chemical hair treatment before booking in for a head spa treatment.
